In this blog, I try not to dress up marriage... I don't believe it helps me or others to pretend that the marriage world is perfect, filled with rainbows and unicorns! I don't like to sugarcoat anything, so what you read is what you get.... no fluff, no signs of "perfection", and definitely no unrealistic idea of what being married is like...I like to show my personality, class, AND sass through my writing...(warning: there is more sass than class)
Some people think that it's a HAPPILY EVER AFTER from when you say, "I DO."

ME? Well, I'm not your typical wife...
I feel that marriage is one big adventure filled with mini-adventures of laughter, sorrow, triumphs, and struggles. Not everything worth having comes easy.
What better way to endure every facet of life than with the person you love?
And in the midst of working daily to enjoy the benefits of a wonderful marriage, I believe a wife must look & act like a lady.
Sometimes, I think when women get married, they forget that looking, acting, & feeling, like the lady you are, is what drew their husband's attention in the first place.
And through the grace of the Lord, I am able to learn, succeed, fail, try, and learn again to be the best wife & lady to my husband.
